GENERAL AND CIVIL RIGHTS LITIGATION
Ms. Koshetz has successfully represented police officers, public employees, and civilians in state and federal lawsuits. These include police misconduct cases as well as actions on behalf of prospective, present and former police officers to exercise their legal rights. She also handles a variety of other civil matters that draw on her substantial experience as a negotiator and litigator.
